Workflow templates dictate the sequence and collaboration involved in approval workflows of the organisation. Workflows are associated with communications (documents), within the workflows area of New Dawn
you can create new workflow templates, edit existing templates, copy a workflow to create a new template
and delete existing templates.
Assigning workflows to communications (documents) enables you to keep track of all key documents that required approval and sign-off, when setting a workflow template each can have multiple actions,
generally there are only one or two.
You will be notified of your required collaboration in a workflow by either an Alert or an email
depending on your preference settings.
