Whenever Data Valley installs software, a project manager is assigned to the client, ensuring that a single point of contact is always available. This starts from the initial sales demonstration through to full commissioning and beyond.
Data Valley provide extensive on site training to cover all aspects of their software. This is delivered individually or in groups. It is especially effective when done 'on the job' at the very start of live operation.
Data Valley's help desk is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is there to answer all operation questions either via the telephone or directly online to your system.
Data Valley can provide additional resource to help in the initial setting up and ongoing operation of a client's installation. This is especially beneficial when there is a mass of information to upload from a manual or another computer system.
When transferring information from another computer system to Data Valley, programs can be provided to carry out this task. This will eliminate the need for keying in hundreds of names and addresses plus preserving financial integrity.
Should a client have a special report or unusual requirement of the software (rare - as Data Valley is very comprehensive and flexible) then software development will be undertaken to add this to your system.
When the day comes that your system contains information that is no longer required, facilities are made available to transfer this to the sidelines, away from the day to day operation.
