Data Valley appoint a project manager to you, the client, ensuring that a single point of contact is always available. This starts from the initial sales demonstration through to full commissioning and beyond. With experience of installing systems in a wide variety of agencies, a significant input of ideas can prove invaluable saving time and effort all round.

Data Valley provide extensive on site training to cover all aspects of our software. This is delivered on a one-to-one basis or in a team/workgroup format. It is especially effective when done 'on the job' at the very start of live operation. A comprehensive set of Help Guides (crib sheets) are provided to cover most requirements from simple data input through to complex accounting functions and more. 

Data Valley operate a dedicated help desk open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is there to answer all operational questions either via the telephone or directly online to your system. With the ability to directly access systems remotely it is possible to offer very specific support on exactly what is needed and to address all data specific issues. As a user you will have a formal support agreement to cover all aspects of the system.

When transferring information from another computer system to Data Valley, programs can be provided to carry out this task. This will eliminate the need for keying in hundreds of names and addresses plus preserving financial integrity. This can save vast amounts of time during the installation of the system, ensuring that more emphasis can be given to training and the management of the system.

Should you have a special report or unusual requirement of the software (rare - as Data Valley is very comprehensive and flexible) then software development will be undertaken to add this to your system. This is of specific interest if information has to be passed to or from a third party system as part of a corporate requirement. It also allows for the provision of a report of tried and tested format.
