Actual Entry is used to post Actual costs against jobs within the Production Module.
Purchase Invoices are entered and posted to Jobs, these can be matched to Purchase Orders and the system will create an interface file to automatically import into the Accounts Module.
Other Costs such as Items & Expenses can also be posted to jobs via Actual Entry.
